Who We Are

Our Story

Long before the world fell quiet, I was already walking beside people through their storms — listening, holding space, and helping them find light within themselves. I was a therapist before the pandemic… but when the world changed, so did the way I offered healing.

During those still, uncertain days of COVID, I found myself reaching through the screen to meet people where they were — in their living rooms, at their kitchen tables, in the quiet corners where anxiety and loneliness often sat. What began as telehealth out of necessity became something sacred: proof that connection, empathy, and compassion can transcend any distance.

Inner Peace & Positivity was born in that space — not from a business plan, but from heart and hope. It was built slowly, intentionally, by one person who refused to let isolation win over care. Every form, every session, every word of encouragement was created by hand, through long nights and honest tears, rooted in a belief that healing should feel human.

As the practice grew, so did its soul. Today, Inner Peace & Positivity is a reflection of the same warmth and integrity it began with — a place where therapy feels like exhaling. Every clinician who joins our team is hand-selected with love and discernment, chosen not only for their knowledge, but for their kindness, authenticity, and ability to connect deeply.

We treat what we understand — the tender weight of anxiety, the ache of loss, the longing for balance and belonging. These are not just clinical labels to me; they are chapters of life I’ve seen, felt, and cared for. I am a person before I am a therapist. My heart lives in this work.

Here, you are not just a client — you are a whole person. We meet you where you are, honor where you’ve been, and help you rediscover where you want to go.

What began as one voice, one therapist, and one dream in the midst of a global storm has grown into a sanctuary of support — a gentle reminder that healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens in connection, in compassion, and in courage.

This is my life’s work — built from empathy, sustained by authenticity, and guided by love. And every day, I am grateful to do what my heart was made for: to help people find their way back to themselves.

Our Values

At Inner Peace & Positivity, therapy is more than a service—it’s a relationship built on trust, safety, and authenticity. These values guide every session, every interaction, and every decision we make:

• Empathy over judgment
• Human-first care
• Trauma-aware and identity-affirming practices
• Intentional growth, not rushed fixes
• Compassionate boundaries and emotional safety

We believe healing happens in connection—and we’re honored to walk that path with you.
