FAQ

What happens during the free 15-minute consultation?

This brief call is a chance to connect, ask questions, and share what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and what kind of support you’re looking for. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll guide you through the next steps and scheduling options.

There’s no set timeline. Healing and growth look different for everyone. Some clients come for short-term support around a specific issue; others choose to engage in longer-term therapy for deeper exploration. We’ll work collaboratively to find a rhythm that feels right for you.

Therapy can help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and emotionally resilient. You might gain tools for managing anxiety or depression, explore patterns in relationships, process trauma, or reconnect with your sense of identity. Our goal is to support you in building a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

We support clients navigating trauma, PTSD, personality disorders (including BPD and NPD), addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, codependency, self-esteem, identity exploration, LGBTQIA+ concerns, maternal mental health, grief, and chronic illness. You can view our full Areas of Expertise for more detail.

Yes. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear goal to begin. Many clients start therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure and that’s okay. We’ll explore what’s coming up for you and move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
